THREE GENERATIONS OF SERVICE
Our story begins with Sheldon’s father, Harold Douglas Hadley, Sr.. Harold became an attorney in 1946 and was stationed at Camp Beale during World War II. After the war, Harold remained in California and opened a law office in Marysville.
Sheldon Hadley, Harold’s son, began practicing law in 1982 by joining his father’s law office and continuing the practice after Harold retired. Sheldon was born and raised in Marysville and has continued to practice law in Marysville for more than 35 years. Sheldon is a veteran trial attorney who has handled a wide range of civil litigation.
Doug Hadley, is Sheldon’s son, and is the third generation of attorneys in the Hadley family. Prior to becoming licensed to practice law, Doug spent several years in law enforcement, the majority of which were as a Deputy Sheriff. Upon becoming licensed to practice law, Doug decided to join Sheldon and now practices with Sheldon.
The Hadleys are in the same beautiful Victorian home in which Sheldon's father practiced law.
Sheldon and Doug believe that practicing law is about serving others and meeting their clients' needs. It is such beliefs and priorities that have allowed them to represent multiple generations of families that were first represented by Sheldon's father.
